No recipe today! Hope you all had a good 4th of July.

Hello everyone!
I have been going out to eat so much lately. I drove home Saturday morning after going out for a friend’s birthday on Friday night and had a pastrami sandwich on French bread. I love sandwiches. I could definitely put up a recipe for my favorite sandwiches ever… I just need to go buy the ingredients. I can also semi-promise that sloppy joes are coming soon.

Next, I had my parents take me to my favorite teriyaki restaurant for some teriyaki chicken and gyoza. This has definitely inspired me to put up my own favorite gyoza recipe. Hopefully I can get around to making it tonight or possibly tomorrow. I also have to share my recipe for pita bread which is super easy to make, if a little time consuming. I might put up a few drink recipes too, as it’s summer and it’s always nice to have a variety of refreshing beverages in your arsenal.

On the 4th I had barbecued burgers with my parents, made outside on our grill before returning to my apartment and promptly going out to eat with Colin at New York Pizza. I tried the blueberry drop (I prefer the raspberry drop still, but it was very pretty) and had boneless wings and half a pizza. Which reminds me, I have half a pizza to eat for lunch. 🙂
